A few of you mentioned that you cannot remember the DETOX PLAN. You can find THE DETOX BROCHURE to the left under Resources if you want to browse through it or print it again.

Next,
I want you to start thinking about what you are going to eat on
DAY 1 which is Wednesday. You must avoid the following items and END THE DAY with a raw salad. Please try to eat your salad early in the evening, so that you have a good 14 hours until your next meal. It will be good for your digestion.

On Day 1 you MUST AVOID COMPLETELY
§ Meat ( not fish)
§ Dairy products ( except yoghurt)
§Bread and Pasta
§Sugar and salt
§Caffeine


So what can you eat for breakfast and lunch?
Here are some suggestions?
eggs/ yoghurt/ fruits/ vegetables/ fish/ sushi/ rice/ potatoes/ french fries ( indulge for the last time)
